I'm in a commercial. Or rather a small movie about Busan. My understanding of what the movie is actually about is somewhat limited, but I seem to be the sillier of two silly white tourists lost in Busan.
It was fun, but if you ever get to see it, please be aware that not everything in the movie is exactly like reality.
For instance the scene "crossing the street at the crosswalk".
In Korea, cars DO NOT STOP for the pedestrian. It was a dangerous scene, that was supposed to demonstrate "car stopping at crosswalk". We had our own car, instructed to do the stopping while suicidal assistants tried to get naturally occuring traffic out of the way.
Ironically, after the scene was over, the very driver-actor of the stop-for-pedestrian-actor-car almost hit me on that same crosswalk.
